This style has become a Northwest favorite. The
subtle sweetness comes from a variety of crystal
malts. Lager yeast as well as traditional German
hops makes this Octoberfest style popular
year-round. |
A full-bodied
beer emphasizing the glory and use of hops. Chinook,
Cascade and more Cascades are added throughout the
boil (70 IUB’s for those of you counting).

A European
classic with an American twist. Combinations of
flaked rice and malted barley are used in the
mashing process. Fresh noble Saaz hops, along with a
lager yeast strain, make this beer extremely crisp
and clean tasting.

darker styles on tap. Great lasting mouth feel along
with hints of chocolate make this beer a memorable
experience. Not for the faint of heart.
